These are all key words that may have drawn you to this site and to my book below, in which they all have relevance. I hope that you will open it and read. It is based entirely on my personal experiences – part autobiography, but aimed principally at informing, encouraging and helping those who hear voices and experience other phenomena that are normally grouped under the all-embracing “schizophrenia”.

It is meant also for carers and professionals in the world of mental health – and the curious: the curious who want 'to know': to know what it is like to be inside a completely ‘man-made’ depression, and to know what it is like to experience inner voices and presences.

It's simple! Selecting this link will take you to the title page from where you can access all of the chapters of the book from links at the bottom of the page. These links will be consistent throughout the site as will a contact link, so you can write to me; and a home link which will bring you back to this page.

I recommend that you read the book chapter by chapter, as it has been written and presented. Each chapter is self contained and laid out into successive, easy to follow, pages.

Chapter 16 is not part of the actual narrative but will be an 'organic' part of the book, subject to addition and change. It already contains the picture gallery that is relevant to Chapters 13 & 14 - it is recommended that Readers should print the illustrations for reference when engaged with these chapters - and the bibliography. Additionally it is intended that updates and comments from other sources will be inserted here as they become available.
